The long awaited Club Champs is coming! Every member of the Club is entitled to participate, whether you are a senior member, a midweek member or a junior member.
Here's the intended schedule:
Entries close 1 March
Draws published 3 March
Complete first round by 25 March
Complete second round by 15 April
Semi final week 15 April to 21 April
Finals 22 April (rain date 29 April)
There will be 5 tournaments: Men and Ladies Singles Open; Men and Ladies Doubles Open, and Mixed Doubles.
Those who get through in the first round will continue with the Championship competition, whereas the not so lucky ones in the first round will go into the Plate competition. In this way everyone is ensured at least 2 matches.
Format will be same last year. First round, second round and semi final matches are two setters with a tie breaker (first to 7) at one all. The finals will be the best of three sets. Rules will be posted at the Club.

There is a small entry fee of $10 per person per competition. This is payable at entry. You can pay over the bar, or via internet transfer (again ask Michelle for details).
